If you join the beta, we store your name, WhatsApp number, optional email and calendar type, only to invite you to HeadsUp. HeadsUp stores the invites you forward to it, the event details it reads from them, your WhatsApp number and, if you connect Google Calendar, a token that lets it add and remove events in your calendar (it cannot read anything else in your Google account). Invite text and images are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to read the event details. Nothing is shared with anyone else or used for advertising. Google Calendar access is used only to add, update and remove the events you save with HeadsUp (and to check them before a reminder); HeadsUp's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Images are not kept after reading. Type "disconnect" to remove Google access, or "delete my data" to permanently delete everything HeadsUp holds about you. Contact: rosen18@gmail.com
